Hello? Is anyone there?

Hey Everyone!

...or maybe I should say "Hey No one!" I'm hoping to keep up this diary/journal and I'm hoping others will be stopping by and leaving their comments but I'm under no illusions that the world is just waiting to beat a path to my musings.
Just probably not gonna happpen.

So, anyway, this entry is just going to be very short and I'm hoping enough to catch your attention.

I am a married woman with 3 kids who in the last 6 months has contemplated separation and divorce on more than one occasion. ( more on that later, I'm sure) I am closing in on my 40th birthday but have an inner clock that says I'm about 20 yrs. old. I love music..all kinds. I'll be travelling to New Orleans later this year with friends for a 40th birthday celebration - Katrina or no Katrina.

I volunteer at my kids' school and for the Canadian Cancer Society. I am an activist for the wrongly convicted and regularly receive updates from the wife of Canada's most widely known wrongly convicted person. I love animals and I hate being told what to do. I started this diary after reading Katie Doyle's diary which is some "purty" good writin'.

Anyhoo, that's all I'm telling you right now but I think I may steal a page from other diaries and do one of those "100 things" entries real soon. Although I think I'm supposed to wait til my 100th entry but what the hell ...I've always been a rebel.
