I wanna be sedated.
Well, I had my procedure done.
Remember the cystoscopy - you know, because of the microscopic blood in my urine?
It all went well. The sedation was a beautiful thing...not out cold but just enough so I was in my happy place. I even druggily asked the guy if it was available over the counter. It's not.
Anyhoo, now I have to wait to get in to see the doctor so he can tell me what he saw or didn't see.
All that worrying I did was for nothing. I wasn't completely sedated, the whole procedure took about 5 minutes and it hurt more to have the IV line put in than it did to have my pee bits looked at.
Go figure.
