Assorted Crap:
I picked up my ring from the jewellery store ( is that even how you spell that? It looks wrong but I'm just too lazy to check it...pretend it's right)
It's very nice and it only cost me $296 ...well, minus the $150 that the in-laws kicked in.
It is really nice and I'm glad I got it done. I like that it was my grandma's ring and now it's mine.
If I wasn't so tired I would go take a picture and show you all. I'll do that tomorrow for sure.

I talked to the boss of the adjudicator (or however you spell that f'ing word) for G's compensation claim.
He seemed like a very nice man but we'll see how that goes. He said he was going to get some things going so we'll see. A nurse case manager called today so it looks like he did do SOMETHING.
I also got us an appointment with a lawyerly type guy. He'll let us know what our options are.
The best part was that I got the hubby to sign the letter saying that I would be his representative. I feel so important.
I also had to fire off a letter requesting, under the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of his own file.
Is that not the stupidest thing ever?
It's his own file...and it's gonna take them like 8 weeks to get it to us.
Stupidheads.

I'm going for my yearly evaluation tomorrow.
They've already been to watch me work and now I have to go in and discuss what they watched and what I've been reading and what my goals will be.
The only goals I can come up with is that I will try not to read my email so much and I will try not to update my online diary from work.
Just kidding.
Goals are supposed to be things that you could realistically accomplish.
Ha! I crack me up.
You know what I just realized. I never proofread these entries. I just write 'em, fast and send 'em off to be posted. I should probably proofread.
Although real diaries are not proofread, right?
