My sister's daughter's husband's parents won a million dollars in the lottery on Saturday.

Read in the newspaper today...(letter to the editor)...
The government should NOT encourage the use of compact fluorescent lightbulbs because, among other things, incandescent bulbs generate heat and that will help keep us warm during our cold weather.

Some mouth-breathing scum cut the ears off a dog with what they think was a serrated knife or maybe a handsaw here in my fine city and our toothless animal cruelty laws will allow him to get the dog back if he pays the attendant medical bills and such. Now, as it turns out he's given up rights to the dog and it is now in custody at the Humane Society but this jack-ass pond-dweller, as of now, can just go out and get another one any time he wants. You know what they say about people who harm animals graduating to worse things...maybe they want to check under this fucker's floorboards and maybe interview the girlfriend and while you're at it...sterilize him, juuuust in case.
