There's a fat girl in my pants

Clearly I've been dong my slacker thing. I mean to update but then time gets away from me or I'm just too into sitting down and vegging out. Which in and of itself presents another problem.

I need to get myself motivated. After losing the (almost) 20 pounds I am now stopped dead in my tracks and to be honest I think I may have gained back a pound or two. I'm not getting on the scale because that would just push me over the edge.

I will get back on track with my eating now though. That's where it all started to go wrong. A few nighttime chips here and a couple afternoon cookies there.

Of course the weekends filled with cold beer do not help either and I really should cut waaaayyyy back on that too.

*sigh*

Why can't chocolate and chips and beer be healthy, fat-fighting foods?

I mean, seriously, they are all made of natural stuff...cocoa beans, potatoes, hops and well, whatever beer is made of.

I have about 8 pairs of really, REALLY cute shorts that I WILL wear this summer but that are, right now, a little too tight. These are cute shorts and I can't get them on because some stupid fat girl put her ass in my pants! Geez!

On an up note I went to my running class last night and did the run. It was a little hard but not as bad as I thought it would be. I'm hoping that now that I can go to all the rest of the classes I will get motivated by all the speakers they are having and by the rest of the people in the class.

Plus, Mrs. Loopy and I are going to see if we can be healthy twins instead of pizza-ordering, chicken-wing eating, mimosa-drinking, tight-clothes-wearing twins.

Wish us luck...and skill...and will power.
