Yes, I lost another 1.4 pounds which means I have lost 18.4 all together.
Go me! Go me!
The bad part is I needed to lose 1.6 pounds this week to get to my 10% loss goal. Of course I come in .2 pounds short. POINT 2. How annoying is that?
The good part is that I tried on the skinniest pair of jeans I own and I got them on. I zipped them up. And I can even sit down in them.
Go me! Go me!
So my next goal is to get to the point where I can wear the skinny jeans and not be uncomfortable. I mean I could wear them now but I wouldn't wear them to sit around watching TV because they are just too snug to be comfortable.
I should be at my goal weight around the time that we go to Bayfest which is a large outdoor concert in Sarnia. We've got tickets and we will be seeing Aerosmith, Toby Keith AND Def Leppard. Plus their assorted opening acts.
Hmmmm...I'll have to go on a shopping trip before then because none of my summer clothes are gonna fit.
