No title...I'm tired.
As it turned out I didn't have to go to the birthday party for my brother-in-law.
It was a surprise party and the surprise part was at 4 and I worked until 5. so I couldn't have made the surprise part anyway.
Hubby went, explained that I had to work. He invited them to our annual BBQ next week so I will be the consummate hostess at that and (hopefully) everything will go well.
Hmm...all that drama in my head for nothing, I guess.
I'm thnking that maybe it would have been nice if my husband would have called me once I got home and asked me to meet him there. As it was I didn't even know where their house was...I could have looked it up in the phonebook but the hubby reassured me Friday night that he was only staying for a bit. So, I didn't.
He got home at 8:30.
