Exercise and Diet ...again.
Further to my weightloss, fitness regimen* Here is a further update. Since this morning I have walked/ran on my treadmill for 32 minutes, drank my 8 glasses of water and ate the following: BREAKFAST Bowl of Bran flakes with skim milk (what? I like Bran flakes) 2 cups tea with splash of skim milk SNACK 1 nectarine LUNCH 2 plates of salad with small drizzle of olive oil and spiced vinegar and 3 tablespoons of sliced black olives SNACK 1 large Golden Delicious apple DINNER Haven't had it yet but I will fairly soon and it'll be healthy.
And just so you know I'm serious I will post this picture:
and I will update it as I go, hopefully it will get better looking than that hideous thing. Wish me luck. Hey and anyone wanting to join me in this endeavor ...feel free. Bye, reader
